Getting The Job Done

The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development (HRD), a new program at the Higher Education Center at McAllen (HECM), is designed for students who have an interest in Human Resource Development in both the private sector and public sector. Students receive in-person, online and hybrid courses taught by School of Education and Human Development faculty at HECM and the Texas A&M campus in College Station. Students also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through the program’s required internship, the Society for Human Resource Management partnership and access to national certifications.
