Getting The Job Done
The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development (HRD) is designed for students who have an interest in Human Resource Development in both the private sector and public sector. Students receive in-person, online and hybrid courses taught by College of Education and Human Development faculty in McAllen and College Station. Students also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through the program’s required internship, the Society for Human Resource Management partnership and access to national certifications.
