Marina Ramirez is the Human Resources Generalist IV under the Division of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at Texas A&M University. She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and is looking forward to pursuing her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. Marina services Texas A&M University- Higher Education Center at McAllen, McAllen Health Center, RGV Regional Prospect Student Service Center in Pharr and Colonia’s Centers in San Antonio, El Paso, Laredo, and Weslaco, TX. Her passion is Human Resources but more specifically leading and servicing our community by providing excellent customer service and cultivating a great work environment that enhances organizational culture. Marina is a Rio Grande Valley native and in her spare time enjoys walking her dog Marley and spending time with her husband, Moises and their three children, Anthony, JR, and Tristan.
