JJ Garza is the Assistant Director for Information Technology for the Technology Services Division. He is stationed at the Texas A&M Higher Education Center at McAllen, where he oversees the day to day operations regarding all technical aspects of the center and provides technical support for faculty, staff and students. Additionally, JJ serves as the technical liaison for reporting and providing support for the Open Access Labs, Instructional Media Services department, other Technology Services Areas, as well as other departemental IT units. He holds several industry certifications and holds a Master’s of Science degree in Information Technology Management.
