Taylor Louder is a Career Services Coordinator for Texas A&M University, serving Aggies at the Higher Education Center at McAllen. Over the last 10 years of her career, Taylor has served in leadership and talent development roles in both industry and higher education. Taylor’s experience in higher education began at South Texas College, where she was able to establish a strong Career Services presence by collaborating with faculty, creatively engaging students, and customizing programming for students. As a Career Coordinator for the Higher Education Center at McAllen, Taylor has been able to broaden her reach and further demonstrate her passion for working with students local to the Rio Grande Valley region. She dedicates herself to creating and facilitating engaging student programming with a focus on career development. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing Animal Crossing.
